THE QUALIFIERS ARE IN – ARE YOU READY?

In order to qualify and compete in the Warrior League Finals Day, you’ll need to complete the following 3 qualifier WODs.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Scores must be submitted by 10pm Saturday 31st August 2019.


QUALIFIER WOD 19.1

1A – ENGINE ROOM
1B – RED ZONE

1A. FOR TIME

2K ROW

1B. 10 ROUNDS FOR TIME

10 Wall Ball Shots
10 Alt DB Snatches
10 Over Box Jumps

RX – 9/6kg Wall Ball, 22.5/15kg Dumbbell, 24”/20” Box
Masters 35+ – 9/6kg Wall Ball, 22.5/15kg Dumbbell, 24”/20” Box

On 3-2-1 GO both elements of the workout begin. Athletes can swap between A and B as they wish. When either part A or B is complete both athletes can combine to work through any remainder work left within the workout.

On 3-2-1 GO both elements of the workout begin. Athletes can swap between A and B as they wish. When part A is complete both athletes can combine to work through remainder time left within part B.

Masters 35+ – 55/35kg

On 3-2-1 GO between 0-10 Minutes teams will AMRAP the work listed in 2A. Athletes can share all workload over the 10 minute period. If a full round is completed within the time frame the athletes begin again from the Hang Power Cleans. At the 10 minute mark teams will work from 10-16 minutes to establish a heavy complex as stated in 2B. After the 6 minute period athletes will combine their heaviest complex to give a total combine weight for part B.

8 Minute Ascending Ladder

On 3-2-1 GO athletes will work through an ascending ladder adding three reps each round to movements within the ladder listed above. Athletes must remain in synch the entire time.

SUBMISSION STANDARDS

Scores must be submitted by 10pm Saturday 31st August 2019

For athletes performing qualifiers at a CrossFit Affiliated box your affiliate can verify your score. If you are not performing the qualifier at an affiliate then video submissions are required when submitting and entering your score.

We will also ask for several videos from athletes that qualify for the final to ensure standards are met, so please record your efforts ready to forward if required.

For those athletes performing the qualifiers at a non affiliated box/Gym when videoing and uploading qualifiers any publicly accessible platform can be used (YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook). Please ensure you upload the link alongside your score when submitting.

Please adhere to usual video standards such as having all movement reps being clearly visible and a clock on screen at all times. Please also make sure to give clear introduction to the video stating your name and showing all equipment.
