THE QUALIFIERS ARE IN – ARE YOU READY?

In order to qualify and compete in the Warrior League Finals Days, you’ll need to complete the following 3 qualifier WODs.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Scores must be submitted by 10pm Thursday 31st August 2017.

QUALIFIER WOD 1

10 MINUTES FOR TOTAL REPS

30 Deadlifts (35kg/55kg)
30 Hang Power Cleans
30 S2OH
30 Bar Facing Burpees

20 Deadlifts
20 Hang Power Cleans
20 S2OH
20 Bar Facing Burpees

10 Deadlifts
10 Hang Power Cleans
10 S2OH

Remainder time AMRAP Bar Facing Burpees

SUBMISSION STANDARDS

Scores must be submitted by 10pm Thursday 31st August 2017.

For athletes performing qualifiers at a CrossFit Affiliated box your affiliate can verify your score. If you are not performing the qualifier at an affiliate then video submissions are required when submitting and entering your score.

However, we will require to see videos of all qualifying 1st place winners before sending out prizes. We will also ask for several videos from athletes that qualify for the final to ensure standards are met, so please record your efforts and upload if you think you are likely to qualify for the finals day.

When videoing and uploading qualifiers any publicly accessible platform can be used (YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook). Please ensure you upload the link alongside your score when submitting.

Please adhere to usual video standards such as having all movement reps being clearly visible and a clock on screen at all times. Please also make sure to give clear introduction to the video stating your name and showing all equipment.
